As all of my watchers know, I left the public activity a year ago and I haven't spoken with anybody by forums, MSN or something similar except Anubis because we are finishing the guikit Excalibur.
Well, today I have discovered that someone is speaking in my name in forums like pimpit.org (whose publicity is "Where ripping is legal" and It's not a joke) and by IMs using my identity to speak with other skinners, for example with Astyanax0 (I didn't know him and in the beginning I though he was deceived to port my theme but now I know him well and I know he only is another poor ripper, dreg). Well, the fact is that my guikits Excalibur (which Anubis was finishing) and Aquarius have been ripped without my permission and distributed in that forum by Astyanax0 and mrrste, and someone named Dragon-X have posted 28 messages using my name and my mail and I suppose he has granted permissions to port my styles. I'd like to know where they have got the resources, although I have an idea about that... right mrrste? Well this is a public report against those guys (Dragon-X, Astyanax0 and mrrste) and the activities in that forum "pimpit". Those activities can't be made without the consent of the autors, I'm very angry with that and it's another reason which supports the decission I took a year ago. I don't like forums and the most of people in them. Of course, I will continue out of the damn deskmod scene and I alert people in general about not believing imposters.
Respect you rippers, you think you are very clever, right? Ok, here you are the consequences of this:
First, I'm going to warn the other autors that are being ripped in that forum, we will take measures, It's a promise and people know that I always mantain my promises.
Second, I wont allow legal Windows ports of my themes in the future, that's right, none of them, in fact I'm not going to make a public usable release anymore. You got it.
UPDATE: The actions of the admin of the forum: ban for me and for the people who say something supporting me. Yeah, It's incredible.
UPDATE 2: It seems that these people had so many problems with the old forum that they had to close it but they have opened another one named "HollywoodGUI.com": The same shit with different smell.
UPDATE 3: One more time people sharing my works (and others) without permission: Some guy named CoronerX is sharing Excalibur at "UndergroundGUI" forums. It's fantastic...

Como todos mis suscriptores saben, abandone la actividad publica hace un tiempo y no he hablado con nadie por foros, MSN o similares desde entonces excepto con Anubis porque estabamos trabajando juntos en el lanzamiento de Excalibur.
Bien, hoy he descubierto que alguien se esta haciendo pasar por mi en foros como pimpit.org (un foro cuyo lema es "Donde ripear es legal" y no es una ironia) y por mensajeria para hablar con otros skinners, como por ejemplo Astyanax0 (no le conocia y al principio pensaba que le timaron para portar mi tema pero ahora le conozco bien y se que solo es otro triste ripeador, escoria). Bueno, el hecho es que mis guikits Excalibur (que Anubis estaba terminando) y Aquarius han sido ripeados sin mi permiso y distribuidos en ese foro por Astyanax0 y mrrste, y alguien que se hace llamar Dragon-X ha posteado 28 mensajes usando mi nombre y mi e-mail y supongo que ha dado los permisos en mi nombre. Me gustaria saber de donde han sacado los recursos, aunque tengo una ligera idea sobre esto... verdad mrrste? Muy bien, esto es una denuncia publica contra estos tipejos (Dragon-X, Astyanax0 y mrrste) y sus actividades en ese foro "pimpit". Estas practicas no pueden realizarse sin el consentimiento directo de los autores originales, estoy muy enfadado con eso y es otra razon que justifica la decision que tome hace un tiempo. No me gustan los foros ni la mayoria de la gente que habita en ellos. Por supuesto seguire alejado de este asqueroso mundillo del deskmod y aviso a la gente de que no crean a quienes se hagan pasar por mi.
Respecto a vosotros ripeadores, os creeis muy listos, verdad? Pues aqui van las consecuencias de esto:
En primer lugar voy a avisar a los demas autores que estan siendo ripeados en ese foro y tomaremos medidas, es una promesa y la gente sabe que yo siempre cumplo mis promesas.
En segundo lugar, no consentire ports legales para Windows de mis temas en el futuro, eso es, absolutamente ninguno, es mas no hare un lanzamiento publico de nada utilizable nunca mas. Lo conseguisteis.
ACTUALIZACION: Por si a alguien les interesan las acciones que va a tomar el administrador del foro estas son: banearme a mi y a cualquiera que me apoye. Si, es increible.
ACTUALIZACION 2: Parece que esta gentuza tenia tantos problemas con su antiguo foro que tuvieron que cerrarlo para abrir inmediatamente otro con el nombre "HollywoodGUI.com": La misma mierda con distinto olor.
ACTUALIZACION 3: Una vez más, la gente distribuye mis trabajos (y los de otra gente) sin permiso: Un tío que se hace llamar CoronerX está compartiendo Excalibur en el foro "UndergroundGUI". Fantastico...
